The contact form may collect information that you provide voluntarily:

  • your full name,
  • company name,
  • email address,
  • phone number, if provided,
  • selected service area,
  • message content and information shared in later correspondence.

3. Technical data and form security

The website may process basic technical data, including your IP address, form submission date and time, browser information and data required for the session, CSRF protection, spam prevention, rate limiting and website security.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data only for defined purposes connected with operating the website and handling business enquiries.

  • responding to a form enquiry: steps taken before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence,
  • business correspondence and arrangements: our legitimate interest,
  • protecting the form, preventing abuse and maintaining technical logs: our legitimate interest,
  • establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims: our legitimate interest,
  • meeting legal obligations if a business relationship is established.

5. Providing data is voluntary

Providing data is voluntary. Your name, email address, message and confirmation that you have read the data processing information are required to submit an enquiry and receive a response.

6. Recipients of personal data

Data may be shared with providers required to operate the website and handle enquiries, including hosting, email, IT infrastructure, anti-spam, CRM or lead-management services, and parties providing technical support to the controller.

Fonts, interface icons and technology logos are served from the website’s own infrastructure.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to data brokers.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical, CDN, security or social media providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, safeguards required by the GDPR are used, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate transfer mechanisms.

8. Retention

Contact form data is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related correspondence, normally no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless you request deletion sooner or further retention is required to enter into or perform a contract.

Data relating to contracts, accounting or claims may be retained for periods required by law or applicable limitation periods. Technical security data is kept only as long as necessary to protect the form and website.

The website may use technically necessary session mechanisms required for the contact form and abuse prevention. Optional cookies or similar technologies for analytics or marketing are activated only after consent is given in the cookie settings.

Social platforms may use their own technologies under their respective privacy policies.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Anti-spam systems may automatically reject a form submission that appears abusive or automated.
